Kathmandu, Nepal

Kathmandu, Nepal

The reviews are divided on this one, namely depending on one single factor; whether or not you visited the hellhole that is India before this. If not, people tend to describe Kathmandu as a little scruffy. If so, you think it is paradise with streets paved of gold. We stay in the tourist hub of Thamal on and off about 5 times over our month here. We  point blank love it for it’s food options alone. It’s seriously home to both one of the world’s best falafel stalls AND the in.cred.ia.ble Fire & Ice pizza parlour. All one city. Imagine. After trekking in the mountains with only momo & Dahl Bat for two weeks, it’s heaven on a plate. That’s it really. Tour agencies, trekking store, awesome eateries and woolen Tibetan stores (all incense & knitted mittens). What’s not to like.

An.an.tas.in : The Anantasin is the name of a shipwreck just of the coast of the Sensi Parasise, Mae Haad Bay, Koh Tao, Thailand. It’s one of my many favorite places.

Lit.tle: Just because it’s cute.
